Counter balanced crankshaft

I installed a counter balanced crank in my "30 coupe engine and had 25 pounds taken off the flywheel. Now I have a nasty vibration at about half throttle.Can I run this engine with a stock flywheel? Would it help to have light flywheel and pressure plate balanced as a unit? I have float a motors.
