Original radiator ?

Neil,
If you have an original radiator I would be concerned that a presurized system might blow it out. Since many of the orignal radiators will have some corrosion a weak spot in one of the tubes may not hold when the radiator is under pressure. Also if you head gasket has any problems you might develop a water leak there.
