Joe,
You missed the point. Maybe I went overboard with all those calculations and terms. I was not trying to model the whole cooling system just the radiator. The point was that you can have a cloged up radiator and still get 35 gal/min flow.

P.S. I also did not account for frictional drag on the walls, the viscostiy of water, surface tension, or gravitational forces of the moon.
