If there is wobble, bushings must be replaced. If you have an early '30 Tudor, they typically have the Ford 7 tooth steering with limited adjustment. The later Gemmer box has many adjustments that can help. If you are unfamiliar, the books should clarify things for you. Do your inspection and then start chasing solutions.
