The Judging Standards indicate they were a factory option on the closed cars starting in July of '31.
I'm thinking about getting a set for my '30 Murray Town Sedan.
Classic Glass Engraving makes a nice selection of etched ones.But I haven't broken down yet and spent the $$$.
