Joe,
I had my '65 Mustang unibody dipped two years ago.Within a month after being painted the rust started appearing in the door jams and seams everywhere.I've lost a lot of money in the process.Presently have the car disassembled and will try again, this time to a reputable sandblasting company.I would never recommend chemicals except for doors or hoods or items which can be washed thoroughly.
