Cowl lights

Help! Can someone tell me in what order the parts (lense, gasket, retainer clips, reflector) of the cowl lights go together, starting with the rim and working back?I took them apart over a year ago and can't remember how they were done.Also, when the reflectors cam back from the plater there were wires soldered on the back of each.I suspect those were only there as holders for plating.They're not ground wires are they? Thanks.
