Tim,
It has been about thirty years since I was fortunate enough to tour the Rouge plant.As I recall they were making Mustangs and Cougars at the time.Nevertheless, it was an awe inspiring sight.Raw ore goes in, smelted into pig iron, rolled into sheets, stamped into fenders, assembled into cars and driven off the line!I hope they are still giving tours it is truly a marvel to see. And as Craig said, you need to allow time to see Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford Museum.
