I was sure there would be many replies, but... anyway, the A-45363 windlace retainer was used on Coupe models, Tudors, Taxis and Deluxe Deliveries ('28 & '29 models). If no originals are offered, new ones are offered in Bratton's catalogue under part #A-48900 for $15.65 ea. I imagine they will take some effort to fit (assumption) but should get you there.
