Hi Jonathan. My answer comes from the book "Ford Model A Restoration Manual" first published in 1955 by FoMoCo.

The width of ANY 30-31 Coupe or Sedan is 67.25" from fender edge to fender edge.

When you think about it, all 1930/31 chassis used the same runningboard brackets and each year's runningboards were identical, and all the fenders line up with the outside edge of the runningboards, etc. They must all have been the same width within a fraction of an inch.

Sounds like any Model A could easily fit through a 6-foot wide garage door - the height would differ between body styles.
