I sold my '28/29 Roadster (the chassis and the cowl were early '28, the back half of the body was '29, and you could still sort of see where it was pieced together on the subframe) to clear out some things and because I decided I'd want to start with something a little nicer (believe me, the body was rough). I do want to get another one once I get out of grad school. I also stay involved with the ones my dad had so I still get my hands dirty and get that Model A driving fix...there is nothing quite like it. I'm 25 and usually the youngest person I see interested in old cars around here. I got involved in the great street rod debate here a while back because I do have a '28 Essex street rod, but I'm definately for preserving stockers, too.
