: Tom, The problem you describe is usually attributable to a poor ground. Run a test lead from the headlamp base to the engine or other reliable ground. If the car is newly restored it probably has excessive paint in the lamp mounting cup of the light bar.

: If that doesn't do the trick then there is still a bad contact in the harness, connectors, sockets, etc. But my bet is on the ground.

Bullseye!My 31 Victoria leatherback is an older refurbishment, (by previous owner in 1969) that I love driving and working on, and this web set has added another dimension to that enjoyment.
