Frank, There is a good chance that you will find a bunch of heavy (600w) oil messing up the connection. Since the horn/light switch goes right through the steering box there often is a leak from the bottom of the box into the switch contacts. If this is the case there is a modified steering gear end plate with a long tube added to prevent oil from getting in the switch. See any of the Model A parts suppliers. Bob |
