The front seats of my 1931 Deluxe Tudor have wooden seat frames too, and the left is slightly larger than the right.I'm not saying that the 1929 Tudor seats are the same.
My advise to you is to locate a 1929 Tudor near you and take a first-hand look.
On the Model A Ford Club of America (MAFCA) web site, there's a list of members who have e-mail; their cars are also listed (the 29 Tudor is a 55-A).
I suggest you take a look at the list, find a person with a 55-A near your home and see if you can arrange a visit.The web site's page is below.Good Luck
