WHEEL WELL - REPLACEMENT

I need to replace the rear left inner wheel well. The problem I am having is that the well is rusted from the fender on back.
One place I get my parts told me that the replacement panel is connected from the rear. It does not go from the back of the panel to the fender.
Does anyone know of a company that sell the whole inner panel.
