Value of 31 sedan and 31 coupe

Grandma has 31 sedan and 31 coupe in garage that grandpa totally restore before he passed. She is considering selling them and wants to know a value of them.I understand they are both in excellent condition and completely restored. They are both stored inside and maintained.Thanks
