: I know that there is a wood base under the seat cushion on the bottom....but the backrest cushion..does the material just hogring to the metal frame on the springs...is it open in the back? so the rumbleseat passengers can see the springs? I see the wood braces on the car body that the spring leans against but what I want to know is what goes between the back of the spring and the car...31 Std. Roadster

Joel,
In the March 97, Snyders catalog, pge A63 you will see a Rumble Panel Kit.It includes two side panel covers which cover the inside of the quarter panels and an end cover which attaches to the back of the passenger seat framing. It covers the entire back of the seat including the springs as you describe.
Have fun!
Paul
