Bill...it is complete...from waterpump to flywheel, has the manifolds and carb..just as it was removed from the car...has starter and generator..both probably need rebuilding...it is rusty looking and I have never taken the head or pan off ...just took it out of the frame...and put it in my back yard...shipping...last engine I shipped was to Texas cost $265....I think that would make this engine too expensive
