original bushings

Were split, and had staggered rows of embosses in their ID that were about 1/32" wide and about 1/8" long oriented with the long axis parallel to the center line of the bushing. The embosses are about 1/2 as deep as the bushing material is thick. The pedal, starter, oil pump, distributer, and clutch throwout shaft bushings were similar. There is no oil hole as Jack says.
