"The Ford Model A, As Henry Built It" book a couple of original factory photos of interiors of Model A's cut in half, including the upholstry in cut-away.The photos give a pretty good guide as to how the cars were constructed.But I'm not sure whether there's a cut-away of your Std. Roadster, because I loaned the book out to a friend.
Marco's site is a great resource as well.He has a lot of photos of a '30 Deluxe Roadster and a '30 Deluxe 4-door.Best thing about his site is the wealth of interior detail photos.
