Shortly after I acquired my '29 Coupe, a friend offered me a case of "lead additive".I had heard that older engines needed it, so I bought it.Now I know I don't really need it.
HOWEVER....I was shocked to read the ingredients in the "lead additive" that sold for about $2 for 12 ounces. Guess what?
In very small print, the ingredient was listed. Only one. KEROSENE!Someone is laughing all the way to the bank on that one!
