Thanks for the thought. Have looked really closely and there are none of the four trade marks mentioned in the Service Notes. The glass is suspiciously clear too for 70 YO triplex.
A couple of small stone chips (about 1/64" craters) in the RHS (drivers side) corner is all I have.The screen looks original.
I think I should change the screen to stay on the safe side.
The side windows by the way are all plate glass and had no marks either except for \ and / on the bottom inside of the glass where the steel channel connects.
I am so pleased Mr Dave Clinton has blessed us with this marvellousbulletin board. It allows woodies like me to obtain much needed moral support from gentlemen members, like yourself, of the Model A fraternity.
