Engine Rebuilding

My son and I are currenlty in the process of rebuilding our Model A engine.We have it completely torn down and have checked the clearances.
It this point the cylinders need to be bored, the main bearings rebabbitted, crank shaft ground and balanced, and new style rear seal installed.
I searched this sight and found that Cecil Richardson had recommended a machin shop out in Cincinnati.
I live in central New Jersey (no boos or hisses) and would like to know if there is a qualiified rebuilder closer to this area, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania?
I you know of a good shop or rebuilder please reply.Quaility is more important than price.
