George;
I had problems getting title to my Model A because the engine had been changed and the engine number did not match the title.I didn't want to remove the body to find the original number so I purchased a small body number plate from Mike's A-fordable Parts, Stamped the body (title) number on it, removed my floor board and mounted it on the frame in front of my seat.Sprayed it flat black, waited a few days, steel-wooled enough paint off to see the numbers, rubbed a little dirt on it to make it look 60 years old and presto, I got my title because I "found" the body number.
: I am trying to locate the frame numbers on my 29 150-A woody.
: I found the engine number, the Murray body number M250-4001,
: the firewall date 7929 (the best that I can make out. Can anyone give me a idea where to look.

: Thanks
: George Konton
