Vin number identifaction Help!!!!

I have a 1930 coupe It has a body number R12302 I found this number on the floor rail in front of the seat. Also the engine number is *A47i21645 Where was the car made ?? which assy plant?? Also can we pull a assy date out of the vin or engine numbers??? And last where would the frame number be located at???? Thanks Ken
