I had to have all six (two spares) of my wheels straightened.I took them to Foster's (Seattle, WA), where they did a great job.
One warning I'd give: before spending money on straightening, check the wheel for cracks, especially in the center where the spokes attach.(sandblasting first helps)Talk to the wheel shop before they start to make sure they can safely fix the crack (I had one wheel that was beyond repair, so spending money on straightening would have been a waste)
