I am embarking on an odesey of lubrication for my car.I decided to get the teflon kit for both springs.It comes in a coil and you cut it to fit the springs as you assemble the spring.This is not the white pipe lubrication that some people infer that your talking about.This is molded teflon plastic that is about 1/16 inch thick and is made to fit the spring leaf.I just finished assembling the rear spring and it appears to be a good solution.The spring flexes smoothly.
Costs about $15 per spring.
