Wire Harness Clips on Radiator

I got my Radiator back from the shop and they really did a
nice job replacing the core.However, after I installed the
new radiator, I noticed that the little clips at the bottom
the held the wire harness away from the fan blade weren't
there.Any idea's outside of taking the radiator back to the
shop?
