Ok now i know what you are working with
1)unhook battery both terminals
2)remove the existing charging system.
3)next mount the Nu-Rex atl in place.
4)if the Nu-Rex puts out more amprage then the existing generator you probley want to run a thicker ga wire from the alt to the battery.
My guss would be around a 8Ga for 65 amps
and around 6 Ga wire for around 100 amps.
and if you are still only running around a 35 amp alt i would still use a 8 ga wire.
5) run the proper wire from the alt to the neg side of the battery.
6) be carefull not to run the wire where it will get burnt by exhaust, or get cut by anything sharp.
