the standards call for ford green on the intake...unfinished exhuast. it also states that a grey high temp paint may be used for preservation.(if you are trying for as high a point car as possible unfinished would be best i don't know how much if any the paint would cost you in points) good exhaust manifolds are hard to come by due to heat warping and the water from the 'leak proof' water pump hiting on the front of the manifold and causing rusting and pitting. you lose points for 'over restoring' by grinding out the casting marks.
