I understand the frustration.Unfortunately these special interest chapters are often held together by one person without any staff and often no help from anyone.

A close friend of mine IS the "Woody Wagons".He handles all the membership, dues, book keeping, collects original engineering info for the news letter, and is editor of the news letter as well.He works for a living, has family including a new grandchild, restored one of the best '31 Standard Coupes there is, a '29 wagon, and has other projects moving forward. He does have one or two dedicated members that help coordinate club seminar/meetings at national and regional meets.

If he is "under the weather", traveling on business, or otherwise "up to ...." with all this after umteen years, a short delay can be justified and expected. My point is simply that with all the frustrations, we still must be thankful for those that give so much to keep a group together and disseminate information that would otherwise be unavailable.

Your experience may be beyond reason or justification, but I thought this info may be of value anyway.
