My Life Hinges on Your Reply!

Hi Folks,
Oh well, here goes!This is one of those friend of a friend questions, so be patient with me.A friend calls me and asked me to post the following question as a favor

He has a friend who is restoring the body of his 1930 Tudor.He believes the bodies for the 1930 Tudor were made explicitely by Ford for Ford.
He needs to find a replacement hinge for one of the Tudor's two doors.(Say that three times fast GW!)My friend responds, "I know where I can get my hands on some 1930/31(Briggs) Fordor hinges!" The question is
a) Are any of the (1930/31 Briggs) Fordor hinges a direct replacement for the (1930 Ford) Tudor hinges?
b) If not, does anyone know for a fact if there are any compatable hinges at all for his Tudor from any other 30/31 body styles with the exception of course of another Tudor?
