G'Day larrym,
If all the bolts are out, support the starter & then give the housing a clout with a block of wood. It's probably just frozen in the locating recess. Ben's advice is good, rather coat the bendix with graphite powder as a lube.

: i need advice on how to remove the starter on a 29.the three bolts are loose.I cant seem to jar the starter loose so i can lube the bendix(or fix it).I know it is the bendix.help.
