If you have limited knowledge of the Model A brake system like I do......I would highly recommend purchasing the VHS Video called "HOW TO STOP ON A DIME" by Double D Productions.This video will walk your thru the entire rebuilding process, showing all parts of the system.They also advise you what repro parts to purchase and which original parts to rebuild. You can order the video from parts suppliers like Bratton's.1-800-255-1929 cost $39.95.
This film will show you what a book can not !

: I remember about a year ago someone posted a message about a shop in the Sacramento area that services model A brakes, including arcing the pads to the drums.Since I haven't been able to locate a paper copy of that posting, can anyone recommend a brake service in the Sacramento area?
