Just taking a long shot

While stationed in Dover, Delaware with the Air Force in 1968, I bought a 1928 AA flatbed that had been disintegrating in a farmer's field for more than sixteen years. It was a ratty heap; but every part on it, including thoserotting away, was original.Just when I managed to find some tires for it and get it running, I was transferred to another base and had to sell it to a guy in my unit named Hoy, who stored it in a barn. I remember telling him that the fluted headlight lenses were worth more than the whole rest of the truck. Out of the half dozen Model As I've owned over more than 30 years, it's the one I loved and wondered about the most.By any chance, does anybody out there in Model A world know what ever became of it?
