I questioned the webmaster at sovernet on this site and his reply was

Thinking back on my inquiry, I suppose I should have expected this answer.Webmasters have no interest or control over accuracy or currentness of anything on their portion of the web.As long as the bill gets paid and nobody is slandered by the content (which might have legal implications for the ISP Provider) they keep a hands off profile.
What we are seeing here is one of the failings of the internet.Like graffiti on a wall, the internet is only as good as the people who write on it, or their interest in accuracy (and currentness) of what they write.
So, just remember folks, what you see on the internet (and this board) ain't necessarily the truth.Just one person's version (or perversion) of it.Decide for yourself.
