Powder Coating wheels..$75 each?

I called a local Southern California powder coating place yesterday...and they wanted $75 each...that $375...is it worth it? I know that they sandblast them first...will they come back showing all the small pits?..or is the coating thick enough to cover pits?...I know the stuff is durable...that just seems like a bunch of money...
