Gads, you hit the wrong key while typing, and this thing sends your message!! Jim's pointed out the most common problem, if you have original equipment. If you have a 'one wire' alternator, it could have an internal regulator that is pulling more than it's supposed to, or a battery on the verge of dying. The alternators do put a constant draw on the battery, I've forgotten the figures, think its around 20millamps. So if you're using one, it's best to have a disconnect when you put it in the garage for any length of time. David. |
