Did 1932 Ford's have a radiator shroud?

I've found a person who has a radiator shroud.It looks like it would fit my 1928 Model A, but he claims it's for a 1932 Ford and won't sell it.I thought that radiator shrouds were used only in 1928.Does anyone know if the 1932's had shrouds?Thanks in advance, Neil
