purchasing a Model A (any year)

Hello thier! I am looking to purchase a model A of any year and anything but the four door. It is for my father and he wants something that he will be able to restore himself. As long as it is almost all there (assembled or not) please let me know if thier is anything like this avalible. Not too exspencive.I also live in Toronto Canada so location is a small concern.
