Yeah, they are still around but most people dont want them.
The flywheels are usually but not always ruined. I havent had
my clutch rebuilt but I am sure it must be expensive. I saw a
hand brake lever for $65 once last year but did not buy it.
If I cant get them cheep or can use the newer style part I
wouldnt bother with them.
