Ken,
I understand the confusion and Walts catalog does not help in this area. I have been working with Walt trying to correct some of the errors that appear in the catalog, but I didn't catch the dispatch pocket. I have asked one of our club members who is doing a 1930 c.c. pickup about your question. He said the square style cabs had the dispatch pocket on the back of the cab, while the more rounded cabs have the dispatch pocket on the cowl. The change over date from sqaure cab to round cab was around June 1930. This would seem to make sense as the rounded cab would not allow for the mounting of the pocket in that area.
