Jim,
Are you looking for an "owner's manual" or a "how to get my Model A running right" type manual?
There are original owner's manuals available but they are fairly expensive, then there are reprints of these manuals that are not too expensive but they may not tell you what you are looking for.
There are several books available that try to solve all kinds of problems you can run into with Model A's. Most full line suppliers of Model A parts have these books. See the link below for a list of parts suppliers. (I recommend Bratton's.)
Also, if you can find a local Model A club, the members can help you get it going.
If you have specific questions, there are several folks that check this board that can help you either by phone or by e-mail. Tell us what kind of troubles you are having and you will probably get several answers and guidance.
Best of luck with your Model A and welcome to the hobby,
John
