To cover the car or not to cover????

Hi Gang,
I live in Cleveland,Ohio and have a question about covering the model A.
I have an attached two car garage and it's not heated and when the temperature changes I get moisture in my garage.
Last week the temperature went from a record high(68)to in the mid 30's. When it got in the 60's my garage floor was damp/wet
and I saw moisture on the model A,gosh I hated to see that so I opened the garage door. Question? Cover the car or let the cover off. BTW,I do have a cotton cover.
