The model A Exhaust system should be easy to replicate out of available supplies in Africa. Any baffle-type muffler with the proper inlet pipe size would serve, and the joint between the Header pipe and the Manifold is a simple flare.
How much of the original system do you have?
Is there enough to see the basic shape?
While Original systems were one piece, It should be easy to fabricate one out of pieces of tubing if you're not going for the original tapered muffler shape.
