Glass Ford A Tudor 1931

I am asked (by friend of friend) to make CAD-drawings (Autocad) of glass to Ford A Tudor 1931.
I have ot sketches with dimmensions but can anyone help me;
-Is American inches 25.4 mm ??
-Back window glass Tudor & Coupe have dimmensions 23 5/8 x 10 5/8 and Radius 1 1/2. Om the sketch there are a dimmension-
line between the two long sides with text 13/64 TRUE SWEEP. The long sides have a radius and seem to be paralell.
Can 13/64 TRUE SWEEP mean the hight of the arc is 13/64 ??
