Rear Fender Brace Bolts for my 1930 Closed Cab Pickup

I have ordered the rear fender brace bolts from Snyder's Antique Auto Parts-New Springfield,Ohio. #A-16181-MB The problem that I am having is that these bolts seem too short to do the job! On my 1930 Closed Cab Pickup, there is a piece of wood directly behind the edge of the frame where the brace attaches. That piece of wood is a least 4" thick. It is part of what the truck bed mounts on. I know this mounting board belongs there! There is a whole drilled through it from the fender brace frame hole completely through the wood. One can readily see what is required. I need a bolt at least 4.5" long.

I called Mac's Antique Auto Parts and they said they do not sell that bolt. Since I am doing a serious restoration, I want to be sure I have the correct bolt.

Q-DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW WHAT BOLT IS ACTUALLY REQUIRED AND HAVE A SUGGESTION AS TO WHERE TO LOOK?

Write me at: ksmith@coax.netTHANKS!
