Mike,

Yes I would jack up all four wheels and put the car "up on blocks". You do not want to leave plain water in the cooling system or you will get rust. I would drain the cooling system. Make sure all of the water is out. If you are going to store the car for a long time you should disconnect the battery and remove it from the car. Since the Model A has a positive ground leaving the battery connected will speed up the rusting of the car. I do not think that you need to put in special oil, but if you can you should hand crank the engine every so often while it is in storage. Also put some oil in each spark plug hole before you hand crank it. Plug up all of the holes to keep critters out of your engine, like the carb, tail pipe, spark plug holes, oil breather pipe etc.
