: : Can anyone tell me a good source for brushes for the Powerhouse generator? My catalogs don't list them.

: I haven't found any sources either, I have no answer. I did talk to a man in Raleigh NC, (who has rebuilt several of my (4) Subaru alternators) about my starter and powerhouse generator..He said "we can test and check them". I haven't gotten there yet with the parts, (or at that stage of restoration),(I have never had any problems with his work, ie. 120k on stuff he's re-done} but it would lead me to beleive a good and reputable auto electic concern wouldn't be a bad place to start. Talk to me .. All I've ever seen for parts is a bearing and backing plate. Do you have more info or a decent source?
