F150 transmission measurements

Ted,
Here's the F-150's basic measurements (in incnes):
Length 10 1/4 From the machined surface that mates to the bell to the mating surface for the tail shaft. The tail is 14.
Total length is 24 1/4.
Width is 9
Hieght is 12 from shifter ball to the drain plug.
To compare with the A, measurements are same relative:
Length 6 1/2
Width6
hieght 12
